CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance from the power supply Before cleaning allow food steamer to cool.

• Empty the water basin.

• Wash lid bowls rice bowl in warm soapy water rinse and dry.

• Clean water basin with soapy water then wipe with damp cloth.

• Never put appliance into water or flush it with water just wipe the base with damp cloth.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners.

• The scum may appear on the heating element If it grows the steamer could turn off before the food is cooked So after 7-10 uses pour 3 table spoons of clear vinegar into the water basin then fill water Do not place lid bowl rice bowl in this procedure.

• Plug in and set timer up to 20 minutes When the timer rings unplug cord from outlet.

• Use the cold water to rinse the water basin then wipe with damp cloth.
