2 Pressing the [24] buttons select the first digit of the

ID-code.

3 Press the ANS ON/OFF button [27] to confirm the selection.
4 Pressing the [24] buttons select the second digit of the ID-code.

5 Press the ANS ON/OFF button [27] to confirm the selection.
6 Pressing the [7] buttons select the third digit of the ID-

code.

7 Press the ANS ON/OFF button [27] to confirm the selection.
8 Pressing the [24] buttons select the fourth digit of the ID-code.

9 Press the ANS ON/OFF button [27] to finish the ID-code setting.

Checking messages

1 Calling your number from a touch-tone phone.
2 During the 'Outgoing message' (OGM) playback press the '*'

(asterisk) button twice The OGM playback will stop.

3 Enter your ID-code.

If you entered the correct code you will hear two beeps if not –
four beeps If the code was wrong you can re-enter it two more times If all three codes were wrong the answering machine disconnects the call.

4 To listen to the messages press '5'.
5 During messages playback:

Enter '99' to stop playback Enter '44' to repeat the current message playback Enter '55' to pause the playback; enter '5' to resume playback Enter '66' to listen to the next message Enter '77' to erase the current message Enter '88' to return to the first message.

6 Other actions that can be performed during remote operation

Enter '1' to listen to the 'outgoing message 1' (OGM1).
Enter '2' to listen to the 'outgoing message 2' (OGM2).
Enter '3' to turn the answering machine on/off Enter '*1' to record OGM1 (Press any button to stop recording;
the ‘outgoing message’ will automatically be played back.)
Enter '*2 to record OGM2 (Press any button to stop recording;
the ‘outgoing message’ will automatically be played back.)
Enter '*3' to enable or disable the ’Answer only’ mode The appropriate ‘outgoing message’ will automatically be played back Enter '*4' to change the CBT code – enter the new code twice Enter '*5' to change the ID-code – enter the new code twice Enter '*6' to save all of your messages Enter '*7' to erase all of your messages Enter '*8' to listen to what is going on near your answering machine for 15 seconds Enter '*8' to keep on listening Enter '*9' to disconnect.

Turning on your answering machine

1 Calling your number from a touch-tone phone.

The answering machine automatically answers after 8 rings if there are new messages in the memory and after 10 rings if new messages have not been recorded You will hear a long beep.

2 Enter your ID-code.
