(TROUBLESHOOTING)
Before using the phone always check: connection of the telephone line cord to the phone line socket and the base unit; connection of the AC adapter to the mains and the base unit; inserting of the rechargeable battery into the handset.
Check that the AC adapter is plugged into a wall outlet
Move closer to the base unit
If the indicator light on the handset is flashing charge the battery
Disconnect the phone from the line wait for 30 seconds and reconnect
You cannot make a call or answer a call

Check that the battery is charged If the indicator light on the handset is flashing charge the battery
Check that the AC adapter is plugged into a wall outlet
There may be too many phones connected in parallel to a single phone line (more than four)
You are too far from the base unit move closer to the base unit.
If the indicator light on the handset is flashing charge the battery
Before initial use you should fully charge the battery for about 15 hours
May be it is time to replace the battery
The buttons do not operate
The phone does not ring
Beeps are heard during a call
The battery discharges too fast (during 1-2 hours)
