All messages erasing
To erase all of the messages and memos after the answering machine has played them back press and hold the DELETE button [15] until a short beep is heard.
If you have changed your mind you can recover all the erased messages (only until new messages are recorded) To do this press and hold the DELETE button [15] once again until a short beep is heard.
Note:
New messages cannot be erased.
Recording a memo message
You can use your answering machine to record a memo message to yourself or to other answering machine users.
1 Press and hold the MEMO button [22] until a short beep is heard.
2 Say your message as close to the base unit microphone as possible.
3 To stop recording press the STOP button [13].
2-way recording
Your answering machine lets you record conversation of both speaking parties at any moment during a call During the recording a beep will be heard each 15 seconds so as to let the calling party to know that the conversation is being recorded.
1 To start recording press and hold the MEMO button [22] for 4
seconds until you hear two beeps.
2 To stop recording press and hold the STOP button [16] until you hear a beep.
New message warning
You can turn on the new message warning mode so you will hear a beep every 8 seconds on receiving each new message.
1 Press and hold the STOP button [16] until you hear four beeps.
2 To disable the mode repeat the same action.
Erasing changed ‘outgoing message’
You can erase the 'outgoing message' you have recorded and to return the standard pre-recorded outgoing message.
1 Press the OGM 1 button [25] or OGM 2 button [12] to play the message.
2 While playing back the 'outgoing message' press the DELETE button
[16].

REMOTE OPERATION
Your answering machine can be operated from any external touchtone phone.
To do that the remote access code (ID-code) is needed The factory preset ID-code is '0000'; you can change it to any other four-digit code.
Setting the remote operation code
1 Press and hold the >> button [24] until you hear the words ‘Please enter your ID-code’ and then you will hear 'zero'.
