FIRST USE SAFETY RECOMMENDATION

Please read through this booklet for safe and efficient use of the appliance We urge you to read the "important Safeguards" section and also follow all detailed instructions even if you are familiar with a similar appliance.

Keep this guide handy for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances in order to reduce the risk of lire electric shock and/or injury to persons basic safety precautions should be followed including the following:

• Read all instructions carefully even if you are familiar with the appliance.

• Before using this appliance for the first time make sure that local mains voltage corresponds to the operational voltage of the appliance.

• To avoid the risk of electric shock NEVER

IMMERSE the appliance power cord or the mains plug in water or other liquids.

• Use a damp cloth to clean the appliance.

• Close supervision is required when the appliance is used near children.

• Never leave running appliance unattended.

• Always unplug the appliance before using the appliance for the first time assembly dismantling or cleaning Never pull on the cord always hold the plug.

• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or when the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any other manner Return the complete appliance to your nearest authorized service center for examination electrical repair or mechanical repair or adjustment.

Your meat Mincer Features:

IF THE MINCER SUDDENLY STOPPED:

switch it off by pressing ON/OFF button (5).

unplug the appliance.

let the motor cool down for 60 minutes.

rerun the appliance.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR MEAT MINCER

Before first use please remove all packaging materials from the unit and wipe it with a damp cloth Wash the parts other than the base unit in warm soapy water and allow drying.

MEAT MINCING

1 Insert the feeder screw (12) into the mincer head (3) fix the crossed-knife blade (13) take the required screen plate (10 11 14) and fix it above the knife by aligning the screen plate groove with the mincer head pin tighten the nut lightly (15) Fig.

1.Attention:

• the appliance with the knife improperly aligned (cutter side toward the feeding screw) won't mince

• when assembling the mincer head do not tighten the nut (15) too strong the nut (15) should be finally tightened only after mounting of the assembled mincer head on the base unit.

2 Mount the assembled mincer head and turn it anticlockwise to fix Fig 2.

3 Place the food tray (2) Fig 3.

4 Connect the appliance to the mains.

5 Switch on the neat mincer by pressing ON/OFF button (5).

6 To process soft vegetables such as tomatoes use the low speed of rotation by pressing the low speed button(8) 7 Always use the pusher (1) only Fig 4.
