Description of the appliance

Preparing the meat mincer to work and the actuation of the appliance

– Place the drive unit close to the power network socket on a firm surface so as not to cover the ventilation holes within the casing.

– Before the first use of the meat mincer wash the equipment elements.

– Assemble the appropriate equipment and join it with the drive unit.

– Put the power cord into the supply network socket.

– Turn the meat mincer on with the main switch.

Operating the mincing set

1.Put the following elements into the mincing chamber:

– Mincing screw with the coupling towards the middle,

– Put the cutter knife on the mincing screw end with the sharp edges facing outside.

– Put the screen so that the chamber’s protrusion enters the rut of the screen.

2.Tighten all the elements of the mincing set – until home.

3.Put the assembled unit (1) onto the drive unit (2) and turn into the position when you hear click of the safety lock.

4 Put the food tray onto the mincing chamber.

Using methods

Put the meat around 300g (Suggest using without bone and muscles of meat) onto the food tray

Connect the power supply and turn on the switch After the normal operation of the confirmation mincer put the ready meat into the chute feed tube.

If food cannot be involved in the food screw Please use food pusher slowly push food Do not use other alternative the food pusher

After use please cut off the power supply.
