1. Mounting Guideline
For the best performance please install the device following the
recommendations:
1. please select the proper location for the unit where radar antenna
has a direct view of the road for the best performance;
2. place the laser/radar-detector behind the mirror of the back view;
3. place the laser/radar-detector in the middle of the car desk, so that
it would not close the driver view;
4. device should be placed parallel to the road;
5. tinted or athermal glass can affect signal reception. Do not use the
device with tinted windows, but if you have the athermal glass,
then place the radar detector in the process «windows» in the
athermal surface. The location of these «windows» mentioned in
the instructions to the vehicle;
6. the antenna and sensors should not be obstructed by metal or
windshield wiper blades and should be pointed at the horizon for
accurate range detection;
7. do not mount the detector where the driver or passenger might
collide in case of an abrupt halt.
Attention!
• Remember to place the radar detector out of view when you leave
your vehicle.
• This keeps the detector out of sight from thieves and prevents
exposure to extremely high temperatures.
• You may adjust the bracket to the proper angle by bending it if it
is necessary,
• using the radar-detector in some countries is prohibited, so the
producer doesn’t take responsibility for using of this device in
countries where it is prohibited
• To remove your detector, push bracket release button (3) and pull
it towards you.
