Problem

Reason

Solution

The pulsator can not rotate

Power out or switch off

Switch on plug

Transmission belt burst

Assemble the transmission belt

Belt pulley become flexible

Tighten the belt

Pulsator is blocked by something

Remove the blockage

The pulsator rotate too slowly

Belt become flexible

Tighten the belt or replace it

The flexible screw of motor is loose

Tighten the belt and the screw

Abnormal noise and vibration

The clothes in the spin-dry tub is unbalanced

Place the clothes neatly

Something is between pulsator and wash tub

Remove it

Water leaks from wash tub

Wash tub do not tighten with hose

Tighten it

Spin-dry basket do not rotate

Loose switch

Adjust the contactor or the switch

The fixed screw of spin-dry basket or shaft coupling is loose

Tighten the screw

The shaft of spin-dry basket is twined by the textile

Remove the textile

Brake drag line is relaxed

Tighten the drag line

The spin-tub do not drain

Something drops into the place between spin tub and out basket

Remove it

Attention:

If above problems can not be solved please call qualified repair person.
