Funzione

Il defangatore separa le impurità contenute negli impianti di climatizzazione raccogliendole in un’ampia camera di decantazione da cui possono essere scaricate ad impianto funzionante L’anello magnetico estraibile trattiene le impurità
ferromagnetiche Questo defangatore è installabile sia sulle tubazioni orizzontali sia su quelle verticali.

Il montaggio e lo smontaggio vanno sempre effettuati con impianto freddo e non in pressione NB:

utilizzare la chiave in confezione per serrare a battuta la ghiera laterale per tee di raccordo.

Installazione (fig D E F G H I L M N)

Ruotare manualmente il tee di raccordo per adattare gli attacchi alle tubazioni orizzontali o verticali (accoppiamento con riscontri di posizione) ed installare secondo senso di flusso indicato dalla freccia sul corpo.

NB (fig G H I L M):

per versioni 545302 e 545303 inserire i raccordi in confezione nelle tubazioni innestare le tubazioni a battuta negli attacchi del tee di raccordo stringere le calotte In caso di retrofit tagliare le tubazioni secondo indicazione.

Innestare la tubazione nel lato con la freccia e poi nell’altro lato fino a battuta Stringere le calotte.

Evacuare l’aria accumulata nella parte superiore del corpo del defangatore svitando con un cacciavite la vite sul tappo superiore ( N ) e riavvitare a battuta.

Rimuovere l’anello in cui sono alloggiati i magneti ( T ) ed effettuare lo spurgo delle impurità anche ad impianto funzionante con l’apposita chiavetta in dotazione ( U ) Il rubinetto di scarico è orientabile in base alle esigenze di manovra.

Manutenzione (fig V)

In caso di necessità dopo aver intercettato le tubazioni svitare il tappo superiore con la chiave in dotazione e sfilare l'elemento interno per la pulizia ( V ).

Function

The dirt separator separates off the impurities contained in airconditioning systems collecting them in a large decantation chamber from which they can be discharged while the system is running The removable magnetic ring captures ferromagnetic impurities This dirt separator can be installed on both horizontal and vertical pipes.

Assembly and disassembly should always be carried out while the system is cold and not in pressure N.B.:

use the key supplied in the packaging to fully tighten the side locking nut for the tee fitting.

Installation (fig D E F G H I L M N)

Manually turn the tee fitting to adapt the connections for horizontal or vertical pipes (coupling with position markers) and install in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the body.

N.B (fig G H I L M):

for 545302 and 545303 versions insert on the pipes the fittings supplied in the packaging fully slot the pipes into the tee fitting connections then tighten the nuts If retrofitting cut the pipes as indicated Fully slot the pipe into the side with the arrow and then into the other side Tighten the nuts.

Release the air which has built up at the top of the dirt separator body by using a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the top plug (N) and fully re-tighten.

Remove the ring in which the magnets are housed (T) and drain off the impurities even while the system is running using the special key provided (U) The drain cock can be adjusted according to the operating requirements.

Maintenance (fig V)

If necessary after shutting the pipes off loosen the top plug using the supplied wrench and extract the internal element for cleaning (V).

Ein und Ausbau müssen stets bei kalter druckloser Anlage erfolgen NB:

Den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schlüssel verwenden um die seitliche Nutmutter des T Stücks bis zum Anschlag festzuziehen.

Das T-Stück von Hand drehen um die Anschlüsse an die waagrechten oder senkrechten Rohrleitungen anzupassen (Kupplung mit Positionsanschlägen) und entsprechend der durch den Pfeil auf dem Gehäuse angegebenen

Strömungsrichtung installieren.

NB (Abb G H I L M):

Bei den Versionen 545302 und

545303 die im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Verbindungsstücke in die Leitungen einsetzen und diese bis zum Anschlag in die

Anschlüsse des T-Stücks einstecken Die Überwurfmuttern festziehen Bei einem nachträglichen Einbau die Rohrleitung wie angegeben abschneiden Die Rohrleitung auf der mit Pfeil gekennzeichneten Seite und dann auf der anderen Seite bis zum

Anschlag einstecken Die Überwurfmuttern festziehen.

Die sich im oberen Teil des Schlammabscheidergehäuses angesammelte Luft ablassen indem man mit einem

Schraubendreher die Schraube auf der oberen Kappe ( N ) löst.

Danach wieder bis zum Anschlag festschrauben.

Nach Absperren der Leitungen kann bei Bedarf die obere Kappe mit dem mitgelieferten Schlüssel abgedreht und das

Le pot de décantation sépare les impuretés contenues dans les installations de chauffage et de rafraîchissement et les recueille dans une chambre de décantation de grande taille d’où elles peuvent ensuite être vidangées même lorsque l’installation fonctionne La bague magnétique extractible retient les impuretés ferreuses Il est possible d’installer ce pot de décantation aussi bien sur des tubes horizontaux que sur des tubes verticaux.

Toujours procéder au montage/démontage lorsque le circuit est froid et n’est plus sous pression.

NB :

utiliser la clé fournie pour serrer à fond l’écrou tournant du

T de raccordement.

Installation (fig D E F G H I L M N)

Tourner manuellement le T pour le raccordement aux tubes horizontaux ou verticaux (couplage avec butées de position) et l’installer en respectant le sens du flux indiqué par la flèche.

NB (fig G H I L M) :

pour les versions 545302 et 545303 insérer sur les tubes les raccords à compression fournis emboîter les tuyaux à fond dans les raccords du T serrer les

écrous En cas de rénovation couper les tuyaux selon les indications Emboîter à fond le tuyau dans le côté portant la flèche puis dans l’autre Serrer les écrous.

Évacuer l’air accumulé dans la partie supérieure du pot de décantation en desserrant la vis sur le bouchon supérieur ( N )

à l’aide d’un tournevis puis la revisser à fond.

Enlever l’anneau renfermant les aimants (T) et évacuer les impuretés en ouvrant le robinet de vidange à l’aide de la clé (U)

faisant partie du kit même si le circuit fonctionne Le robinet de vidange est orientable en fonction des exigences de manœuvre.

Entretien (fig V)

En cas de nécessité après avoir isolé les alimentations dévisser le couvercle supérieur avec la clé fournie et dégager la grille interne pour la nettoyer (V).
