Important Safeguards

You have made an excellent decision Vitesse® “Nouveau” home range offers you an exclusive high quality range of appliances for your ultimate home luxury and healthy living.

When using the appliance especially when children are present basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

1 Read all instructions carefully before using the appliance.

2 Check that the voltage range given on the appliance-rating label corresponds with that of your main voltage 3 Keep children away when appliance is in use.

4 This appliance is suitable for normal household use only and not for commercial use.

5 Use the appliance only on a level working surface.

6 Do not hold the appliance on the slant while it is working.

7 Use only the pusher to push food into the filling shaft.

8 Never put your fingers in the filling shaft.

9 Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged Return the appliance for examination adjustments or repair.

10 The use of attachments not recommended may cause fire electrical shock or risk of injury.

11 Never open the cover before the motor has stopped Never immerse the motor base in water; wipe with a camp cloth to clean it.

12 Unplug the unit when not in use and whenever you clean or move the unit.

13 To disconnect the appliance set control to off grip plug and pull from wall outlet Never yank on cord.

14 Repairs on electrical appliances must only be done by authorized service personnel Faultily unqualified repair work may cause accidents or injury to the user.

15 Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.

If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

How To Use

Speed Control:

Caution!

Take out the unit and the accessories from the box wash all of them (except the Main Body) in clean water Rinse and dry Blade is sharp; handle carefully.

- The juice bowl is locked with main body put the upper cover on juice bowl and turn counterclockwise until cover and bowl are tightened by the wedge.

• Place the securing clip on the cover into their recesses and push inwards until you hear it snap into place.

• Caution: instead of using hands and fingers always use pusher when extracting

• Put a proper juice container underneath the juice spout.

The Juice Extractor has three mixing speeds To begin extorting the Speed Control should be set on the lowest speed and then moved to a higher speed as needed. 0 : off 1: low speed 2: high speed

Don't operate for more than 30 min at a time and allow enough time to rest.
