Before using Hand Mixer
Before using the hand mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet
and the speed selector is in the OFF position.
1. Select the desired attachments, which are depending on the mixing task to be performed:
beaters for easy mix cough, egg white, whip cream, mayonnaise and puree. They are also
especially suitable for mixing/stirring suaces and pudding powders. And dough hooks for
the preparation of heavy yeast dough or short pastries. Also potato dough to the dumpling
and potato pancake preparation mixes one with it knead hooks easily and quickly.
2. Inserting the Beaters / dough hooks
A) Beaters can be inserted in either socket, as the beaters are identical.
B) for dough hooks, the one with washer can only be inserted into the left socket and the
other one can only be inserted into another socket. The two dough hooks can not be
inserted reversely otherwise they cannot be inserted into.(see Fig. 1)
Note: Ensure both beaters or dough hooks are fully inserted into the correct sockets or
your mixing results may be affected.
Note: Only one type accessories can be used one time.

BLENDER INSTRUCTIONS
Maximum operation duration per time may not exceed 1 minute and 10 minute rest time
must be maintained after 2 consecutive cycles.
