Adjusting the focus (Fig. 19)
1. Rotate the focus adjustment knob @ of the SZ2-FO up/down moving
stage to bring the stage at the center of the focusing stroke.
2. Place a specimen on the stage and rotate the focus adjustment knob ²
of the base to bring the specimen into approximate focus. And then
adjust the accurate focus using the focus adjustment knob @ of the up/
down moving stage.
