Translation of the Original Instructions
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
ENGINE: - HONDA GX200 OHV 196 cm³ 5,5HP 4,1Kw (@ 3600 r.p.m.), one-cylinder, petrol
engine.
STARTER: recoil starter.
FUEL TANK: 3,6 Litres
CLUTCH: active conic clutch.
GEARBOX: gears in oil bath with 2 forward gears + 2 reverse gears as walking tractor – 2 forward
+ 2 reverse gears as sickle bar.
CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT: by lever.
P.T.O: at 965 revolutions independent from the gearbox, with clockwise rotation as walking
tractor; with anticlockwise rotation as sickle bar.
SAFETY DEVICE: active conic clutch and disengagement of the PTO in reverse gear.
HANDLEBARS: with height and side adjustment, reversible and mounted on anti-vibration
elements.
ROTARY TILLER: standard 580 mm and adjustable at 370 – 470 mm and at 680 mm with
enlargements.
WORKING DEPTH: 160 mm.
WHEELS: 4.00-8
EXTERNAL DIMENSION with 4.00-8 wheels: 420-370 mm.
ATTACHMENTS: 110-115-117-127-137 cm central sickle bars, plough, furrower, driven trailer
150×110 cm, cage wheels, tow bar, 60 cm snowthrower, 100 cm orientable front blade, snow
chains for 4.00-8 wheels.
PUTTING THE MACHINE INTO SERVICE
1) Check that the machine has not been damaged in transit.
2) Fill with grease the machine PTO flanging all around the coupling (fig. 3 no. 20).
3) Select driving handlebar position according to the use, Walking tractor or Motormower, by using
the two levers (fig. 3, no. 10 and no. 12).
4) Mount wheels and implement (e.g. rotary tiller, plough etc. fig. 4A) and tighten the securing nuts
completely.
5) Add engine oil, please refer to attached instruction booklet.
6) Add gearbox oil – fig. 6 (MP80W90 oil, or international equivalent API GL5 oil, US MIL-L-2105D,
quantity 2,2 litres.
7) Insert the control levers (fig. 3 no. 13, no. 15 and no. 2).
9) Verify the tyre pressure according to the table provided below:
