При каждом запуске двигателя после по-
ворота ключа в замке зажигания в поло-
жение MAR блок управления системой
Fiat CODE направляет код распознавания
в блок управления двигателем, чтобы вы-
ключить блокировку.
Код передается только в том случае, если
блок управления системой Fiat CODE рас-
познал код, переданный от ключа.
При каждом повороте ключа в замке за-
жигания в положение STOP система Fiat
CODE выключает электронный блок уп-
равления двигателем.
Если код не был принят, включается пре-
дупредительный сигнал (см. раздел
“Предупредительные сигналы и сообще-
ния”).
В этом случае поверните ключ в замке
зажигания в положение STOP, затем сно-
ва в положение MAR; если система оста-
лась заблокированной, попробуйте при-
менить другой ключ из прилагаемого
комплекта. Если запустить двигатель не-
возможно, обратитесь на станцию техни-
ческого обслуживания Fiat.
ВАЖНО: У каждого ключа свой код, кото-
рый хранится в памяти блока управления
системой. Чтобы ввести в память коды
новых ключей (всего до восьми), обрати-
тесь на станцию технического обслужива-
ния Fiat.

OPERATION
Each time the car is started turning the ig-
nition key to MAR, the Fiat CODE sys-
tem control unit sends a recognition code
to the engine control unit to deactivate
the inhibitor.
The code is sent only if the Fiat CODE
system control unit has recognised the
code transmitted from the key.
Each time the ignition key is turned to
STOP, the Fiat CODE system deactivates
the functions of the engine electronic con-
trol unit.
If the code has not been recognised cor-
rectly, the warning light

turns on ac-
companied by the related message on the
display (see section “Warning lights and
messages”).

