When the batteries need replacing the following message will appear on the
display:
Open the cover on the back of the scales
and carefully remove the battery from their compartment Take care not to bend the
contacts as you do this as they will break
Take out the battery and insert a new one
Place it on to the contact and then press downwards
Remember that batteries are not household waste
Spent batteries must be disposed of in the special containers provided.

• Keep the scales in a cool dry place rather

• Keep the scales in horizontal position rather
than vertical as the batteries may run down.

• If the scales do not work when you switch

• If there is an error on the screen turn the
scales off for a long period of time and remove the batteries for around 3 seconds then put the batteries back in and turn on
the scales If this does not solve the problem contact your distributor for further information.
• Do not use the scales for commercial
purposes
If the scales are overloaded (over 150 kg
330 lb) the error message "Err" will appear
on the display.
When the screen shows “C” when you
step off the scales this means that there has been an error in the weight reading
Please reset your scales.
