HOW TO OBTAIN A GOOD ITALIAN ESPRESSO

The ground coffee in the filter must be lightly pressed (can be done

with the end of the measuring spoon). The quality and the fineness of

ground coffee will allow you to get a stronger or lighter coffee. if the

outflow time is too long, it means that the ground coffee is too fine or

has been pressed too much.

CLEANING

Cleaning of the filter can be washed in the dish washer (top basket

away from the heater). in case the holes are blocked by sediments of

ground coffee you can also clean them with a small brush, (fig.7)

Cleaning of filter holder screen / housing: The sediments of ground

coffee can be removed with a toothpick (fig.8).

Cleaning of the shower disc located in the filter holder screen /

housing:

First, disassemble the disc by unscrewing the nut (fig.9) and clean the

disc with a toothpick or a needle (fig.10). Another solution consists in

immersing the disc in a solution of vinegar and cooking salt (2

spoons) for a few hours.

Cleaning the BaRCREAM "disk: Separate the 2 parts and clean

them under hot running water before re-assembling.
