Cooking position with open plates:

- This position is suitable to cook fish, skewers, vegetable, etc. and offers a very wide surface, ideal

to cook various kinds of food at the same time.

- To set the appliance in the position with open plates, lift the upper plate (Fig. 2) upwards, through

the handle (A), and, at the same time, rotate it backwards (Fig. 3).

- The switch (G) can activate both plates (II) or just the lower one (I).

- Place food to be cooked on the plates and refer to the above instructions for cooking settings.

ATTENTION:

DO not open lid during baking to avoid heat dispersion and a probable lengthening of cooking

time.

Prevent the condiment used for pizza (oil, cheese, tomato, mozzarella, etc.) from falling onto

the cooking plate, in order to avoid absorption as well as unpleasant smoke emissions and

smells.

In case fresh pasta is used for pizza making, cover in flour the surface where pasta is made

to prevent it from sticking to the plate during baking phase.

Never use metal kitchenware to prevent the non-stick coating of cooking plate from being

damaged.

PREPARATION AND BAKING TIME

WARNING:

For the best pizza baking results, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven at the highest tem-

perature for about 8-10 minutes.

FROZEN PIZZA

• Bake for 8-10 minutes (anyhow, follow times indicated on package).

• It is recommended to take pizza out of freezer 20-30 minutes before putting it in the oven (anyhow,

follow instructions on package).

BOXED PIZZA (TO BE KNEADED)

• Bake for 12-15 minutes.

• Refer to instructions on package.

PIZZA MADE WITH RECIPE

• Refer to instructions of the recipe.
